Holiday Stress

With the holidays upon us we all try to cram to prepare for Christmas.  Rather its Christmas parties, last minute shopping maybe outside decorations.  High stress is a main factor for procrastination.  Don’t be stressed-out, frustrated and angry over relatively minor things.  This will only make you unproductive, less creative and less solution oriented.  It's exhausting just thinking about it.  The feeling that there isn’t enough time that work is endless or overwhelming or that time is going too fast or too slowly is never a good feeling to have.  Still the most important time management tool is a good filing system or plainly put good organization.  Balancing your work week with personal and business tasks, relaxing and simplifying our tasks are also key components of reducing stress.  Work smarter get the important things done and have quality time for life after work.  After all the most important things is to stop and enjoy the holidays.  Take time to enjoy your family and friends.  Tis the season!

This, the spirit of Christmas, that forever and ever endures.  May it leave its richest blessing in hearts of you and yours.
